The project with Izzy started well. Good communication. However this dwindled and we didn't hear from her for over a week. We sent a list at the beginning of the project with influential bloggers we would like to establish contact with. This contact was not established or even attempted. Instead we ended up with a 2-3 links on low level sites for what seems quite a few hours work. This was not good value so I asked for a refund. This was not accepted by Izzy and consequently we were charged for over 60% of the work stating she "couldn't work for free". Overall she didn't listen to our needs. We will not be using her services again.

I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed, but there are some aspects I need to clarify here.
I did missed one of your messages, but I got back to you as soon as I have seen it.

I have checked the list you send me and reached out to majority of the bloggers, but none of them got back to me just yet. This project lasted only about two weeks, after this period you have decided you don't want to carry on working on it. Two weeks is not enough to see results from link building, sometimes it may take people more to write back to your email, sometimes you need to send follow up email it's just how it works.

At the same time I have been reaching out to different sites, and all of the sites I have managed to get links from were approved by you before. So I am sorry, but I feel it is unfair to say now those are low quality.
If you didn't want links from them why haven't you told me this before I went ahead with it?

As for charging you 60%, yes I did as you requested the refund when more than half of the work has been done. I really do want to keep my clients happy but no one would like to work for free.
I also did suggest that maybe we will finish off the project, I would happily listen to your needs again, and we could adjust our approach if you felt there was something wrong with it, however unfortunetely you have decided you want to stop the work.

I am sorry this didn't work out, however I really feel this review is unfair.
