Handwritten cards 2

Wandsworth, GBThe single worst experience I have had on People Per Hour in 6 years.
I made a mistake at the outset by underestimating the word count for the cards we needed writing. Ceri and I spoke about it and i gave her her the option to back out, but she said she could get it done. I increased the fee. A week later my colleague checked in with Ceri multiple times to impress the importance of the deadline. Ceri responded to say 'I have never missed a deadline'. I drive to Monmouth last Friday evening to pick up the completed cards having been told that instead of the 750 required there were only 350 completed, to find that there were only 148. To rub salt in the wound, Ceri had made me pay BEFORE picking them up as she was worried about not getting paid. I can see why now!! Ceri was not there to meet me at her hotel as she was on her way back from a client, so i had no recourse whatsoever. I am actually a reasonable person and understand that deadlines don't always get met, but since picking up the 148 cards, I have had no response by email, phone, workstream or text and feel like I have been totally duped now. Failing to contact me as to the whereabouts of the missing cards has further jeopardised by project as I have been in limbo about whether or not to get someone else to write the missing ones or whether Ceri would tell me she has them and i can get them.
Utterly horrible experience. I expect it will be all but impossible to get my money back now as I was stupid enough to part with it before inspecting the goods.
