    I am an extremely ambitious and confident individual who is customer focused and results orientated. I desire to excel in everything I apply myself too. I have developed strong professional relationships and management skills, I can succeed when working under pressure and I can adapt to the needs of the business quickly.     Job Title: Recruitment, Key account holder and Business Development Consultant

    Working as Recruitment, Key Account Holder and business Development consultant placing nurses overseas and winning contracts of international clients.

    Recruitment
    My roles involves recruiting nurses from all around the world and place them in hospitals thought-out the Middle East mainly United Arab Emirates (UAE), I recruit nurses through advertising, referrals, nursing websites, nursing conferences and cold calling hospitals through-out the world. Once I establish the nurses are suitable to work in the UAE, my role is then to format the candidates CV to the client�s expectation and forward to all suitable positions, during this process there will be regular contact between both client and candidates for quick responses, once the candidates have passed the screening process with the client I arrange interviews for the candidates which are normally conducted over a webcam through either Skype or WebEx which I have a great understanding of. Once this has happened if the candidate is selected the client will then send an offer letter and this is then the chance for me to negotiate with the client to get a better offer for my candidate, which would result in a better fee for me and the company. I will then work closely with both the client and candidates to collect all the necessary documents that are required in regulation to the Middle East/UAE requirement laws. Once we have the full file I would work closely with the candidate and the client to arrange the relocation to the Middle East, this would involve in helping candidates with accommodation and the schooling requirement for those with children, this is a long process as it take from 3-6 months for all licensing and Visa to come through so regular communication is always kept with both candidate and client.


    Key account holder
    I manage 2 hospitals in the Middle East, a 200+ bedded hospital in Abu Dhabi, of which I have placed 3 nurses to this hospital and a further 5 in process, also I manage a Heart centre in Egypt where I have placed 28 nurses. In this role I have to hold a very strong relationship with the administration assistants, administration manager and Directors of nursing. I have weekly conference calls with each hospital for updates on what has been sent over prior and for updates on current position and new requirements that are available with the hospitals. I work within a team of 7 people, where I manage and coordinate CV�s that have been sent over and advise on any interview and offers and make sure these are booked and a smooth process is achieved from both the company and clients.

    Business Development
    One hour of each day is devoted to business development where we will be cold calling hospitals through-out the Middle East. This was something that had only be introduced to the consultant at the company within the last 2 months and I had a great success with winning one major contract worth £90,000 and a further 3 potential client interested in our services. My role once I have established the clients are interested in us supplying nurses would be sending all relevant information on the company and the company terms and conditions of business and agree on a percentage charged and finalised the full terms through to the end.

    Job Title: Recruitment Consultant and Business Development Executive
    I worked as a Business Development Executive for Secure Solutions company. My primary focus was to establish and build rapports with new clients, thus generating revenue through selling our services. This requires strong communication skills, as well as a near flawless knowledge of the law enforcement industry. I have enjoyed success in this proactive role, tendering for contracts and developing new business links with various government bodies and police forces nationally and internationally. This aided by me managing the company resourcers to ensure quality and efficiency is always strived for.

    I consistently performed above expectation by exceeding my set targets on a regular basis

    I was initially taken on in the role of Recruitment Consultant. I was responsible for maintaining working relationships with our extensive client list. This includes the police service, local government and law enforcement agencies. I ensured that any job requirements were filled promptly with the best possible candidate. I was also involved in introducing new clients, using my excellent telesales skills. Due to my extensive knowledge of the law enforcement industry, I was advanced into the role of Business Development Executive.

    February 2005 -2007

    Job Title: Outbound Telemarketing Executive

    Within my role as Telemarketing Executive my day to day tasks involved co-ordinating account manager diaries, researching potential client targets using the internet, taking inbound calls to cover other teams and carrying out ad-hoc customer care. My main role involved cold calling to potential clients, meeting daily targets of 80 calls per day, resulting at least 2 appointments a day. These targets were always met and improved upon. I also had revenue targets, which involved bringing in a total of £10,000 per month, and I only ever missed this target once in the entire 2 years of my employment.
