    As an employed Project Planner Scheduler for Computacenter Europe"s leading independent
    provider of IT infrastructure services and solutions. I worked within the largest contract within
    Computacenter providing technical support to over 100,000 BT desktop users in the UK jointly
    responsible for installation & management of desktop information technology with an estimated of
    £200m in revenue.
    Providing Project scheduling and planning. I was responsible for dispatching and scheduling
    resources according to skills on a geographic basis to relevant sites. Worked closely with vendor
    to schedule external resources. I obtained detailed information to plan project success.
    Ensured most suitable resource was assigned and all necessary information was passed on. I
    was responsible for raising and tracking all requests on the internal system and follow-up call
    logging procedures.
    I maintained regular contact with the field force team and management to ensure all work was
    seen through to completion.
    I prioritised calls where necessary and identified and resolved issues and queries,
    built and maintained a knowledge of an assigned resource pool to ensure experience and
    geographical needs fitted to requirements. I met with clients to determine these requirements to
    define the “SCOPE” of the project and agreed “SLA"s“.
    Key achievements include:
    I identified scheduling software training needs among employees and provided training to the
    national planning scheduling team within the BT contract. I was responsible for designing course
    materials and handout manuals. I prepared the learning environment and resources for the
    national planning team and evaluated the effectiveness of the training.
    Project leader in identifying and scheduling extra resources which were outside of the “SCOPE”
    contract. Liaise with all staff levels within client organisation. Developed agreed solutions and
