Tamkeen was one of 78 applicants. She was one of the first to apply and I instantly liked her portfolio, but I wanted to give the other 77 applicants an equal chance, so I looked at each and every one. After doing so, none of the others made the same impression on me, so I picked Tamkeen and I'm glad I did. She had several different rough ideas in less than 24 hours and the entire job was finished by mid-morning the next day!
