This is the first time we have used Sergio, and initially the project requirements were not initially understood, Sergio was happy to make a number of revisions until the project drawing was complete. The client has been difficult and made a number of changes to the drawing which Sergio was happy to assist. There has been difficulty with our client signing off the works which delayed the completion of the project. Sergio has been very patient through this process. Thank you
