If I could give this freelancer 0 stars, I would. She's going to say that I gave wrong directions, but she offers unlimited revisions. The truth of the matter is that her profile does not match her graphic design skills. I ended up designing my own concept and was largely over charged for it. Another freelancer made up where she left off and charged my 5 pounds instead of 60 pounds. Grossly ripped off. Do not use her if your are looking for high calibre designs.

She got the designs done and received the Printable files for the designs. Instead, i feel deceived about how she got the designs/files, after started to negotiate and even raised a refund request.

And when the PPH's representative also came to a conclusion about the rejection of the refund request. So, this negative comment is the result for that situation.
