They were good. There were a few misunderstandings probably because none of our native language was English, but so it is always with communication. After a couple of extra days they produced a logo I was very happy with. :-)

I think my aesthetic is quite different from Sehrish (although I choose 2 of her designs as inspiration), unfortunately, so none of the initial designs (about 9) she made up for me were what I was looking for. It just wasn't working out so I ended up giving very specific instructions on the font, design, text placement, etc to finally get the perfect logo for my website. The execution was just what I wanted in the end! Very prompt service and her response time is speedy.
