I am absolutely over the moon with the work Sarah did for us. Such a talented artist and her communication was second to none. With very little direction, she completely ‘got’ what I was wanting which was just amazing. I am so grateful and thrilled.

Sarah is a fantastic illustrator and has been very supportive and helpful throughout the task that she's been given. Her illustrations have brought to life the children's short story I've written. I would definitely recommend her.

We commissioned Sarah to illustrate poems in a collection of poems we are putting together for self-publication (Mincing Words by David Whitehead – to be published later this year). Our decision to choose Sarah was based on a few examples of her work on PPH, which show pen and ink drawings not wildly dissimilar in style to Quentin Blake’s illustrations in Roald Dahl’s books; perfect, we thought, for Mincing Words, a collection of whimsical and humorous childrens’ poems. But as Sarah’s drawings began to arrive the commission changed from one to illustrate a limited selection of poems, to half of them and, eventually, all of them. Such was our love of her work. In short, Sarah’s illustrations perfectly capture the fun and joy in the poems and her imagination and wonderful drawings are a delight. Now they are complete, I couldn’t picture the book illustrated in any other way, or by anyone else. I should also say that Sarah has worked tirelessly on this project, amending and revising drafts until we were entirely happy with them. Sarah has provided an excellent service, at a very reasonable price. We recommend her services without reservation.
