Guelph, CASahar's work is subpar and looks as if he downloaded a vector and stretched it out. He asked for an increased rate and I foolishly obliged without seeing his work.
He then presented his work 2 pages in and it looked amateur even for a cartoon. Needless to say it was not what I wanted. I asked for my money back. Now Im struggling to get my refund back from him. I have gotten no where in 3 weeks.
