Royal Oak, MI, USI have to give this rating because Ryan said he had experience in my job which was turning a page into mobile optimised. He said it would take him 1 day and it ended up taking 5 days to be delivered.
I also had to go back and forth a ton of times in those 5 days asking him for updates and giving him ideas on how he could actually do the work.
Since I am paying and he was suppose to have experiance, I should have started the job and then had it delivered in 1 day. Not have to spend so much time going back and forth for 5 days.
That being said the work finally did get done so that is why I gave 3 stars.
