Brilliant design skills

This seller is a scam person. I have ordered the service for new logo design. I paid money into the escrow and then the seller wanted more money which I also deposited. The work delivered without my consent and the seller took my money. In return, I got a copied design from another company which is a copyright image meaning I can't use my logo for myself. There's no option to refund and the seller is ignoring my messages.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
