I strongly advise other buyers never to work with this freelancer—or do so at your own peril. My project was refunded by PPH due to his incompetence and poor service. After more than three years on PPH, this has been my worst experience. Expect dishonesty, missed deadlines, and complete lack of professionalism. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear—you will waste all three and end up frustrated. I would never recommend this freelancer.

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional clients I have encountered on PPH. He consistently refused to deposit the full agreed amount, changed the project scope multiple times, and made contradictory and unreasonable demands. Despite fully completing the work—including uploading all products, setting up the Shopify store, sharing collaborator access, screenshots, and a video walkthrough—he repeatedly rejected invoices and requested refunds that had already been denied. He demonstrated a lack of understanding of the platform, ignored standard processes, and used dishonest tactics to pressure payment. Communications were hostile and unproductive, and he failed to acknowledge completed work or honor agreements. I can provide screenshots of all communications as proof. I would strongly caution any freelancer from engaging with him, as this experience wasted significant time and effort and was handled in bad faith.
