London, GBOverall, disappointed in the final product, which didn't really achieve what I thought it would. We will only be using part of the proposal. Timescales not good....lots of promised deadlines which were not met. Does do very sleek and smart-looking work, but it just did not meet our criteria.

I am equally disappointed. Professionally, I believe the final iteration would position the brand strongly within the target market – which of course, is my primary objective as a branding and marketing professional. The comments regarding time scale and deadlines are extremely unfair – from day one, a clearly defined brief never existed, despite many attempts by me to establish a more definitive brief. Even after a number of meetings and Moodboard workshops (that were provided free-of-charge), the client is still unable to agree on a design/strategic vision for her brand at this late stage.
