Jack was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went through all the specs of the bag but sadly I wanted to go for a thicker leather than Jack had anticipated so regrettably Jack wasn't able to carry the project through. Such a shame as it was such a pleasure working out the design and every detail with him! Highly recommend him for any job. Super thorough, friendly and open to discuss the best fabric and product for you!!!!

Jack was absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was a bespoke project and Jack understood the requirements from the minimum of information and produced a great rucksack.
