Zubair was rapid to respond and generally efficient. Issue faced with rapport, work ran over several months due to delays on my part submitting information to Zubair, however, I did not feel any interest to develop a working relationship and simply withdraw funds at the earliest available time. Funds were released as a gesture of goodwill in the end without completion of content for the website due to not being able to work with Zubair.
