Poole, GBI didn't get a fully working cad file to 3D print, my feedback and asks were ignored and I have lost a month waiting for a small adjustment that was needed but I was always told 'in a day' or 'tomorrow' but nothing happened, and the drawings came too late for me to check before the funds were taken so I will have to pay again for 3D CAD drawings, plus the loss of a month's time
