Working with Atef was the most frustrating experience I have had after years as both a buyer and seller on PPH. I really wanted to avoid giving him a negative review, but he has made that impossible. There were many errors and poorly done aspects of his quick attempts to format my book for paper back and epub. Each time that I point these out to him with details and screenshots, he either misunderstood compeltely or deliberately refused to make ammends. Three days had gone by on a job that was supposed to take 24 hours. At one point, he sent me a screenshot of my own work as proof that he had done his job correctly. I request a partial refund and suggested we both move on and cut our losses. At this point, I had already formatted it myself from scratch. I told him I would leave no feedback if he just agreed to the partial refund. Instead, he insulted me many times and kept trying to argue that he did nothing wrong and goad me into paying him for work he did not complete. I refused to respond, as I had already said what I needed to. I was still willing to let it go, but then he tried to guilt me into paying, saying it was an emergency and he needed the money right away. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your formatting needs.

This guy is a liar. and want to get people working for him for free.
He asked to get PDF file for createspace and epub file for ibook store and Adobe indesign source file. After he asked to get the mobi file for kindle for free which cost $40 as mentioned in my hourlie details but I accept to make it for free.
After one day I delivered the whole project with no issues then he cancel my invoice and ask to make every chapter start on the right page and page numbering start from first chapter.
I did the modifications as per his request and sent back the files.
again he canceled my invoice and say that there is mistakes and errors on the PDF and he want to pay just $55 from $115 agreed in the contract.
I asked him to sho me this mistakes to fix them but he ignored me and didn't reply for many times and say that I have to accept the $55 or he will give me a bad feedback.
Finally he didn't send any screenshot showing the issues and keep threatening me by giving me bad feedback. I accept the refund and he gave me bad feedback but he didn't know that I have recorded our conversation in video which prove his liars and games.
