This seller designed me some calligraphy. I asked for final files in svg and eps. He only gave me jpeg which I can't do anything with and refused to give me an svg file asking for more money. A higher fee was never discussed and was only mentioned at the end. Really difficult to work with and is not flexible.

She asked for only one verse in Arabic calligraphy in her first message in basic package, but after submitting order she requested to do calligraphy for more than 8 verses in calligraphy, she requested for refund but it was rejected by PPH. Now she asked for all source files in just basic package, I asked to pay for source files but she refused.

Very happy with the final product. Ashfaq worked tirelessly with professionalism and i would recommend him! Thank you once again
