As a results-driven professional from the commercial recruitment sector I have always understood the importance of campaign analysis and enjoy the challenge of this very competitive market. I joined Synergy as Group sales and Marketing Manager, taking a key role in the development of Synergy from start-up to a £38 million turnover business in 4 years. My role was initially to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing core areas such as product and service development, brand development and management, client relations, industry partnerships, advertising / PR, event management and web strategy. Secondly the role also encompassed key sales management functions such as senior account management, tender / proposal creation, management of 8 sales teams and managers. My role was very much hands-on as in the early days budget was a key issue.
