Leyton, GBNabeel and the team were very very quick to respond and very easy to work with. What's more is that they were extremely patient throughout and advised where they were able. Fantastic experience all round.

London, GBI just want to say a huge thank you to Nabeel and the team at TAXACCOLEGAL. This was my first time filing tax returns, and the team were very helpful, supportive and patient. Thank you for working with me throughout this process and ensuring everything was sorted out! Will definitely use your services again.

There are only six things an accountant can get wrong, and Nabeel managed all of them in one single job 1/ He failed to read the written job defintition, (in this case used the wrong period for tax accounting - failing to use the preagreed HMRC dates) 2/ He ignored the deadline completely ( in this cases not even starting the job till 2 weeks after agreed written completion date) 3/ He failed to check the work done - and because of an error, forced the client to check the whole lot. (in this case missing an important checkbox on a CT600) 4/The money taken was well in excess of the quote (and whilst that may be a PPH problem, the contract is clearly with him to sort out) - he has tried to push it away. I invited him just to submit an invoice for the difference, accepting the increase, just so my books balance, but he has failed to do even that. 5/ He failed to complete the job (this clearly specified verbal discussion for which he has already been paid, but still dodging phone calls) 6/ He has also given faulty tax advice (On capital allowances, according to TWO other accountants) I asked for confirmation, still none forthcoming. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET ANYTHING ELSE WRONG! And despite all the above not even a heartfelt apology in a personal call which would have prevented this review. Apparently despite the fact it is all in writing so hard to argue It is a "misunderstanding" or I am "confused". How Insulting! From the reviews it is clear he does good jobs for others. But my advice is avoid. The measure of a company is what it does to mitigate problems. In nabeels case. Little or nothign. Now a month later. It is sad he allowed it to go this far. But I have given up asking. I am still waiting for confirmation his advice on capital allowances is faulty. I wont hold my breath. I will have to take two other accountants advice. -
