Highly unprofessional. Does not respond to messages for days and work was delayed extensively.

When the bplan was sent over it was useless. No original research added to the market analysis, no frameworks applied, only included what I provided in the questionnaire.

Financials were satisfactory but were fundamentally adjusted in order to balance the numbers rather than giving a realistic overview. Had to redo the entire bplan.

Also failed to understanding pricing methodology and work with that to create the business plan.

Would not recommend using him for a bplan.

it was really pleasant experience.

Steve did an amazing job completing my books, year end accounts and VAT on time. We had to rectify a few errors along the way but as he was not used to my business and outgoings this was understandable and he did so speedily. Will definitely work with him again next year!
