Would I use again? Yes but only with a more robust agreement in the understanding of the brief and the subsequent quote is fully understood and locked down on price.

On this occassion, I may have underestimated the time taken to complete the job, however this was compensated in the final invoice.
Unfortunately however, part way through this project it became clear that I didn't have all the resources needed to complete the job. Once I received the resources required, I was able to deliver the product with haste.
Along with the finished product, I also reached out by proposing a discount of 33% from the end result due to the underestimated time to completion, and to discuss whether or not the proposed discount was OK.
Due to a complete lack of communication upon completing the project and numerous failed attempts to reach out to come to any arrangement, I had no choice but to raise an invoice for the project 5 days later. I did include my proposed discount on the invoice - I considered this a fair to cover my underestimated forecast of required time, however there were other factors here that were out of my control meaning the original quote had still fluctuated somewhat.
I'd be glad to work with Andy again, however on the basis that communication is a crucial requirement to a good working relationship.
