Excel Pivot & Graph to show Resource Plan against capacity

Part 1:
I have an Excel resource plan that details projects and resources by name over a period of about 9 months. The effort shown is number of hours over any given week. (i.e. 1 = 1 day)

Task: Prepare a pivot and graph that shows the resource effort profile over time and also shows this against resource capacity available. (This must also be filterable by Resource Name
I.e. in terms of presentation something like the pivot table and a graph. The graph would show capacity as a line over time and resource effort required is the bar chart on the same graph

A quick job - completed tonight if possible
