My name is Lucinda - I have just come out of my role as a DJ & Artist Booking Agent to follow my desire to work in live music. I am currently undertaking a part-time internship at a live music venue in Notting Hill, which I also do remotely, as well as working part-time at The O2 Arena but I would like to take on some extra work during the day to earn some extra cash.

    I am incredibly hard-working and reliable with a proven track record in administration and Personal Assistance. My background is largely media/music based but I am able to transfer my skills and apply them to any industry if needed. I am a hardworking individual and going above the call of duty come as second nature, as does my ability to work quickly and efficiently. I am highly computer literate, and have used both PC & Mac and have a great working knowledge of all modern office software e.g Excel, Word etc. In my last role, I was in charge of a whole roster of acts whom I had to manage all public engagements, I also acted as a Personal Assistant to the MD. My day to day tasks included database management, contacts management, drawing up contracts & Artist itineraries, arranging travel & visas, invoice entry, website/picture editing using Adobe Photoshop & Wordpress, writing press releases for Artists & DJ's, research, sales calls and any other general admin.
