Sheffield, GBI have been very pleased with Kozalmannam's work. He has the right balance between cost and accuracy. The results he has provided have been great. He was very clear about his availaity and how long it would take to do the rather lengthy job I had. he chipped away at it and regular sent through chunk after chunk.
That have been some errors in the work but I would say that he has been 98% accurate (just a guess rather than a specific measurement) but this has been good enough for my needs.
I will definitely re-order if I have any transcription work in the future -
