Bournemouth, GBKetki was absolutely brilliant! Created a logo for my business. I couldn't really give a lot of information about how I would like it to look like since I am anything but creative. The first draft I didn't like too much but Ketki valiantly picked up my critisism and already the second proposal hit the mark. I am over the moon with my logo and can't wait to continue to work with Ketki on my website. Many thanks!

We are a great team Nicole. Your valuable feedback steered me up in the right direction. Super excited to work on our next project together :)

Harvey, LA, USInitially we didn't have agreement on work because I had done the same work (but deleted right before it was complete) and knew how much time needed, so knew her proposal was ridiculous...but I still wanted to pay her for (2) hours just talking. During these conversations, she started stated things to make me believe there was some big issue I hadn't done or gotten to (that was actually SEO and had NOTHING to do with the work needed) so I hired her.---- I had to repeat many things already stated. She seems to skim messages, not read them. She didn't follow detailed steps for what I wanted. I went to FB and looked at history to find she had been on there about 1 hr 15 min and prob on website 45 min, which is about right, BUT the work done was ALL WRONG, so I tried to contact her, but NO REPLY. I needed the work done the night before, but b/c it got so late I agreed to that afternoon deadline. After an hour of waiting for her, I went to FB and re-did all the work, including even changing the biz phone number. There was NO BIG ISSUE that needed to be done. Nothing more than what I had done before. She disappeared (?about 3 hrs) until right at 5pm --when she got back on PPH to find several messages with hours between trying to contact her. Plus messages detailing everything I had to do over, including the phone number. Not a doubt in my mind, she was going to try to lead me to believe that she had been on FB working the entire time b/c if she was being up front about work, she would have touched base when she was finished on FB, like she is suppose to per PPH rules...BUT DIDN'T !! IF you hire her..watch her and CHECK HER PROGRESS--She states $10 an hour, but then gives flat rate proposal based on $50 an hour

Empty vessels make the most noise. If you hire someone, give them the SPACE and TIME so they can FOCUS and work. Constantly sending them hundreds of messages, frequently changing things that you'd like them to do, and MOST IMPORTANTLY micromanaging never helps! You delegate the work ALL AT ONCE possibly, deadline if any, and take a back seat. Let them work. If you are not happy with what they did, give them some time and have THEM change it rather than you doing it and then complaining about how you did everything. Just because you hired them, you don't own them. They can't be with you ALL THE TIME to work on your project.
It was a blunder when I agreed to work with Deborah. Sheer waste of time and tons of aggravation, SIGH! Unfortunately, I learnt my lesson the hard way.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU, MAM!
