    I have obtained many useful skills and experience throughout my working career, but with a strong emphasis on project management, administrative and IT skills and hope to be able to utilise these to assist other companies to achieve their aims.

    Summary: I have had a varied work history, however all my previous roles have been administration based and subsequently my knowledge and experience of software such as the MS Office Suite, along with admin tasks such as minute taking, diary management and copy typing is first rate.
    In my most recent post, the focus of my role is more IT-based and, as such, I have gained experience in system administration and project management, gaining a Prince2 Practitioner qualification in the process. I am also responsible for the upkeep of the system Crystal Reports, over 100 of them in total, with Crystal report writing being a skill I obtained in my previous role as Marketing Assistant, where I also built and maintained the MS Access marketing database.
    I have obtained an in-house training certificate with Sussex Police and I create and deliver IT training packages for the branch. I am also responsible for the production and upkeep of various user manuals.
    I volunteer for a small charity in my spare time and, as part of my role with them, I produce and publish quarterly website statistics using Survey Monkey. I also use this to create and update existing website user surveys and e-mail surveys for the gathering of perfomance indicator data.
    I have also gained experience in event planning, website production and upkeep, content management/production, proof-reading, customer service and basic banking.

    Futureproofing system by identifying potential issues/threats and finding suitable solutions.
    Organising, attending and minute-taking various local, regional and national meetings and across various agencies.
