    Job Title: HR Consultant
    Description: Work in a team of Consultants/Advisors who provide an HR Outsourcing Service with employment tribunal indemnity. The majority of the advice is given at director level to SME Companies who operate in a number of different industries. Main areas of specialism are:

    Disciplinary and Grievance Management (Including muticase grievance"s and complex situations)
    Restructure and Redundancy Programmes
    Variation of Contracts (Salary reductions, Bonus withdrawals, relocation)
