I worked with Julia with the intention of writing a case study to demonstrate to prospective customers the results achieved by one of our French customers.

To prepare for the case study Julia wanted to understand our product and the reasons why customers use our product. I was happy to provide Julia with a demonstration of our product and I really appreciated her enthusiasm to view our product from the perspective of a customer and to understand the benefits of using our product. I arranged an online meeting between Julia and our French customer to allow Julia to interview our customer.
One of my French colleagues hosted the meeting and was very satisfied with Julia’s level of French.
