I really regret agreeing to raise this invoice to £90. I thought that you would be able to provide real value not only in writing and sufficiently sourcing these three articles, but also because you are a Zhengzhou native.
However, there is really nothing very special in these articles which I could not ask my friend to find out on Wikipedia or some other basic internet search.
The standard of English is so poor that more resources have had to be spent on re-writing them in proper English.
Even the formatting was unprofessional: different colour text, different sizes, some paragraphs in Chinese some in English. Not in a professional format ready for your client.
All in all, if I knew this was the quality we would receive, I would have not even agreed to £75.
I feel we have missed an opportunity to develop a longer-term relationship.
Thank you for your efforts so far, but as far as we are concerned there is still a lot more work to do on these documents. We will contact the relevant competent people.
