Holly is excellent, her attention to detail is above and beyond would recommend her to anyone to work with.

I worked with Holly on product description copy. We started with a few hours as a trial. After that, I gave her feedback specifying that I wanted the content to be succinct, about the same length as what I'd written. I asked specifically not to repeat product names.

Instead, I got long-winded descriptions - full of fluff like "helps to do x" instead of just "does x." Product names were repeated in descriptions - I explicitly asked not to do that. That may not seem like a big deal, but multiplied by hundreds of products - and it adds up.

So the work invoice got inflated with time spent in contradiction to my instructions, and I had to spend time editing after, which I wanted to avoid. When I pointed this out, Holly minimized the problem and did not take responsibility.

Holly did identify product benefits as requested, and had good communication. However, doing the opposite of explicit instructions - and charging me more for it are very aggravating. I would not hire again.

Holly has been great at communicating, taking the initiative to reach out as well as explaining the challenges she's encountered. She's integrated my feedback quickly and I'm appreciative of the high quality of work.
