    I am now a freelance virtual assistant, working from home in a fully equipped office.

    I can provide a multitude of administrative services including data entry, copy typing and audio transcription as well as the more traditional requirements of a PA such as diary management, co-ordinating travel and conducting research.

    Work Experience Summary: From 2007 to 2010, I worked as the Producers' Coordinator on "Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince", "Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 1" and "Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 2".

    My responsibilities included:

    Key liaison for the Producers and Director with all Heads of Department
    Diary Management
    Meeting Minutes
    Production and distribution of Producers’ Office paperwork (including the script) to all personnel
    Coordinator for Producers’ Office gifts to over 1000 employees
    Point of contact for charities and arranging charity visits to the Studios
    Assisting Warner Bros. and the Publicity Department with the organisation of the world premiere

    From 2003 to 2007, I worked as an Assistant Coordinator on various films including "The Bourne Ultimatum", "The Da Vinci Code" and "Batman Begins".

    My responsibilities included:

    Arranging worldwide travel, which on occasion required organizing travel for up to 100 people a day.
    Booking worldwide accommodation on some productions for up to 250 people in each city
    Applying for visas and work permits for various members and crew

    From 2001 to 2002, I worked as a Production Coordinator on ITV's "Serious and Organised" and Sky One's "Dream Team".

    My responsibilities included:

    Setting up offices in each shooting location: ordering stationery, hiring furniture, photocopiers, phone lines etc
    Hiring various Production Office personnel
    Booking equipment, crew and transport on a daily basis
    Liaising with legal and clearance companies to insure that each script would be suitable for transmission
    Transcription of each completed episode for subtitling purposes.
