As well as having worked in Systems Development in roles ranging from programming through to Project Management. I have also been involved in testing and test management roles. I am currently employed as Development and Test Manager.

    I have an excellent record of being able to motivate teams, both small and large through all stages of the project/testing lifecycle. This includes managing teams which were offshore (India, China, USA, South Africa), both in-house and third-party resource. I have a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.

    I have on more than one occasion received personal thanks from senior management for the success of my approach to staff motivation and project delivery. I possess excellent interpersonal and team skills and find it easy to communicate and operate at whatever level is required to get the job done.

    I was one of the team responsible for British Airways setting up their own structured methodology and the subsequent gaining of ISO9001 accreditation. I have also worked in other structured in-house environments. I was responsible for setting of in-house standards and specifications and the ongoing audit against and improvement of those processes.
