    Key Responsibilities:


    The role initially focused on executive search methodology and hands on research. The role evolved organically into management of projects.


    ï‚§ Business Development for new clients and managing existing accounts
    ï‚§ Project managing several key accounts with a team of 5 Researchers.
    ï‚§ Assisting the researchers on international searches, including internet based researching.
    ï‚§ Headhunting internationally for the right candidates.
    ï‚§ Guiding candidates on the organizations protocol and advising them on their next suitable strategy.
    ï‚§ Writing up detailed candidate reports and presenting this along with the resume to the client.
    ï‚§ Maintaining the relationship both with candidates and the relevant line managers or HR departments.
    ï‚§ Working with commercial awareness meeting required quarterly targets and beyond.


    Project Manager on the following accounts and projects:

     The Executive Office • A project which ran for over a year with a recruitment objective of closing 76 mid management to senior board positions.

     The creation of The Executive Council. This again was a huge project undertaking the recruitment of large numbers of very senior governmental positions, which was in line with HH Sheikh Mohammed’s “Strategic plan for Dubai 2015”.

     Dubai World Trade Centre • A consistent account with new and varied roles over a long period of time. Maintaining the account even through several HR personnel changes within DWTC.

     Assisting the government with their recruitment and organization for a new government authority, The Economic Development Authority. This involved strategically sourcing candidates globally from major financial houses.


    Also worked on assignments for clients in varied industries ranging from IT, Telco’s, Banking, Finance, Real Estate and Holding Companies.
