City of London, GBthe service was quick, however, the cover letter was poor and her writing style was childlike and inappropriate for a professional job application. words like cool are not appropriate, I'm very disappointed and want my money back.

I am very sorry that you feel disappointed; however, I am somewhat confused by your comments. You have paid, and then left feedback, rather than querying anything with me directly. You also had a delay in coming back to me with changes - which you apologised for, but again, paid BEFORE coming back to me with changes.
Equally, the word "cool" was used in reference to the fact that you have a "cool business head". I have offered to change it for you, but you have not replied.
Frankly, a 1 star review is highly unfair under the circumstances. Good luck with your job hunting.
