Fashion Designer Needed for Startup Business
I am looking for a freelance fashion designer for my startup business to help create clothing designs that will appeal to people in a market that may be a little outdated. Our focus is on taking fire resistant (FR) apparel for pyro hobbyists, enthusiasts and professionals into the modern era with officially licensed brand products that meet and exceed NFPA requirement standards. Our clothing will have limited edition runs for the lines we will be producing and we are looking for someone to work with that will help see our vision and bring it to life in a way that will be accepted by people in this industry. It is also important to note that we are not limited to just this industry alone (pyro/fireworks) because this can overflow into more industries such as oil, electrical, since these workers also have to wear NFPA approved clothing. Our first line we are starting with is our signature line and we have a brand toolkit that can be used for reference which includes color scheme, logos, taglines, etc. That can be seen here (in the signature line folder, heavy hitters folder is our next line that is getting ready to start now): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oMmkr0F2UsL1gAbzAjwAujtUOiVRhxOo?usp=sharing We already ordered two pieces of FR clothing that are currently being constructed in China but these were based on what the store had to offer. We are currently constructing a 3 button Henley Shirt and a short sleeve t-shirt (we understand the short sleeve shirt would not meet NFPA standards since it is short sleeve and some of the arm is exposed, however, the material used in the shirt meets NFPA standards and a thermal undershirt that meets NFPA standards could be worn underneath to make the t-shirt fully compliant). The manufacturer just mentioned to me recently that they would be able to manufacture custom apparel products based on designs given to them. (If I would have known this from the start I would have started there instead of using their items). So, now that you know a little bit about our startup and what we are looking to do, I guess my questions for you are the following: 1) We want to work with someone that is official, no bs and can provide something special to really help take my company to the next level. Is this something you would feel comfortable working on or is this too far from what you are confident in doing? 2) Approximately, how long does it take to create a design so I can get a good idea and gauge how much it would cost me on an ongoing basis. I understand it depends on the design of course but that is where I can need your guidance so you can really provide an artistic vision to speak to the people. 3) Do you just provide design sketches by hand, or do you also do/provide any CAD drawings of the garment designs? 4) Do you also provide any size charts based on the design for the manufacturer to work with to create the item? Best, Thomas
Upgrade if Pyro CMS site
I have a very old Pyro CMS website running on version 2.5. I would like to get this upgraded to the latest version and understand that it can take a couple of hours to do. Ideally I would like to work with someone who has done this before.
Design a new cover for a curved exhibition stand
We have a curved exhibition stand that we need a new cover for. The cover is two sided with the back plain black but the front will need a new design for the Ltd arm of the business ie the design and manufacture of pyro and special effects. I’m attaching a template with specs of the stand cover and a link to the company we order it through - http://www.printdesigns.com/accessories/replacement-graphics/replacement-fabric-graphic-texstyle-curved/ - plus a couple of previous designs. However, I think the look and feel now needs updating in line with our new ads and thought the TPI/LSA content would be a good starting point as it’s a similar format and the pyro and flames could look quite dramatic on the vertical. But we will need to think about working in the smoke, fog and haze elements of the business. There is also the possibility of going for images showing special effects and pryo at events (like the old designs do) rather than the product shots and we have lots to choose from, but since it’s the manufacturing side of the business it would be good, perhaps, to put a spotlight on the products themselves. Please check the sizes and resolutions of the images to get the best possible quality.
Setup Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics and Ads
I need help setting up GTM across our clients websites. In a nutshell, we need to link with Analytics and Adwords. For the latter, we specifically need to track conversions from multiple sources/types and include website call tracking using GTM so that it links back to our Ad account. There are no thank you pages, unfortunately, and all form submissions are setup using ajax on either a bespoke Laravel (Pyro CMS) website or WordPress. Would you be able to either set it up for me or better yet, guide me through it over an hour or two? Let me know if you're free and willing to help. The sooner the better - speak soon! Thanks, Alex
