Yoast optimisation for wordpress site

Looking for someone to optimise the already installed Yoast plugin. I have tinkered with it but really need someone to go through and get it working to its best effect.

There are 5 pages and 52 posts. The job will require work on the general tab (focus keyword, SEO title and meta description) and page analysis (turning all lights green) for each page and post.

I am not looking for the 'SEO sales pitch'... All I want is for google to read the site in a correct and beneficial way.

A successful pitch will be one with a history of experience and a down to earth approach - leave the sales pitch and SEO jargon at the door.

I will give the web address and background company info once candidates have been shortlisted.
