Year end accounts and Tax returns

I run a catering business in through a Ltd company. Year end was 31-Dec-11, turnover approx £125K. Bookkeeping is up to date and there is a readily available trial balance (on spreadsheet) as prepared by my previous accountant/bookkeeper.

I would like to get the accounts for Companies house submission within a month followed by company tax return.

I am based in London, but would be happy to pass on the records for the work to be carried out remotely.

There is also possible future work to the successful bidder i.e. quarterly bookkeeping, VAT returns etc.
