Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hello all,
I am looking for a blogger who can write short articles on topics to do with the iPhone, iPod, iPad and Blackberry, for my company's blog.
The blog can be checked out here: http://blog.the-ishop.co.uk
Types of posts will include:
- Apple and Blackberry Application Reviews
- Apple/RIM-related news
- Press releases (I will talk to you about these when the time comes, mainly to give you an idea as to what the announcement is)
My requirements:
- Excellent English (If your bid description/message has poor English, you will be instantly rejected and blocked from bidding, for obvious reasons)
- Creative (The idea is to increase subscribers and increase sales via the blog, so a bit of creativity wouldn't go amiss)
- Knowledge of technology (specifically Apple and Blackberry products, but I'm not too fussy!)
- Able to use WordPress (Know your way around, and can use the 'SEO Ultimate' plugin with each post)
To illustrate your capabilities, your bid will be considered more favourably if you submit any articles that you have written, on any topic. No short stories please, just short articles that you have written for any blog, newspaper or magazine.
Duration of job:
Depending on how good you are, and how cost-efficient you are, you will be offered a more permanent post as a writer. But for now, I will give the winning bidder a trial for a week or two.
Commitment:
The successful writer will be required to post about 3 times a week, but maybe more if the writing is good. (This will be discussed more later on, but for the sake of clarification, let's just say 3 times a week.) I will only require 1 hour per week's work from you.
Payment:
Bearing in mind the articles are not long, I'm afraid that I'm not willing to pay more than £9 per hour. Feel free to negotiate, but its likely to be around that number.
UPDATE: Quite a few people have been bidding on this job who don't speak excellent English, as clearly specified above. Please note, that your bid WILL BE REJECTED if the English is poor. Please don't waste my time, as I need someone who is either a native English speaker, or whose command of the English language is excellent.
I will give more in-depth information to the winning bidder, as the information above is all you need right now.
Happy bidding, and good luck!
