We are looking for a experienced person that can create 205 Prioritising and Organising test questions.
What are prioritizing and organising tests?
The purpose of the questions: The purpose of the questions is to tests ones abilities to determine, identify and analyse the correct steps to be taken in a secretarial task.
These tests require candidates to check a table with various data and information about schedules, timetables, agendas, vehicle capacities and other practical information and find the best solution to a practical organisation, logistics or time management problem. The subjects should be very versatile and deal with many different situations and subjects. The subjects often include time management or supply management. These are all topics that office assistant or secretaries usually face and need to handle.
What do they test?
They test a candidate’s ability to quickly:
• Identify relevant information
• Analyse it and come up with a solution, i.e. the correct answer

What should be included:
• 1-2 tables per question (in most cases just 1 ). This will make up the material for the question. A table/s can be used for up to three different questions.
• A question asking for information about the table
• 5 answer options. Only ONE answer option is correct
• Explanation to why the correct answer option in fact is correct and why the answer options are incorrect. Also include potential tips for solving similar questions.
• Each question needs to be classified into a category like Prioritising or Organising or any other category you find to be relevant.
Samples will be supplied. One sample included, see attachment.
The candidate:
The perfect candidate preferably experience working with these sorts of tests or have secretarial experience that can help create relevant scenarios for the questions. Creativity and familiarity with clerical and secretarial tasks (so realistic scenarios can be created)
Format
Question text should be delivered in Word format, one question per file.
The tables should be delivered separately in a high resolution PNG or JPEG or GIF format.
Payment
Payment will be divided in two half. One payment will be made one the first half of the questions is complete (100 questions) and the second final one once the remaining 105 questions are sent.
Copyright
The full copyright for the test items will be transferred to our company. You will have to sign a:
• NDA agreement.
• Full transfer of copyrights agreement.
All content must be original and created in accordance of international copyright law. We will be passing the delivered questions through a plagiarism checking service and only original content will be accepted.
