Now we are making a 14 day fitness programs for moms to lose weight.
I have an example routine that I will share with you. You can take ideas and it should follow similar format from the example but it has to be altered.
Level of a workout is beginner and it should be something that would work for most. It will be like a split for eg.: day 1: total body; day 2: core; day 3: lower body.
After this program is done it will be filmed with a fitness person performing it just to let you know.
I will send you workout example in the inbox just pm me and give me examples if you did a program before or know a lot about it! Thanks.

Day 1.:Total Body
You will need:
a mat
a pair of dumbbells (optional)
a jump rope (optional)
a towel
a bottle of water
You will work on:
Upper Body
Lower Body
Core
You will do:
12 moves x 1-10 repetitions x 10 (pyramid style)
Add resistance for a better burn and muscle definition
Jump Rope - 1-2 min
Jumping Jacks
Push-Up
Side Plank
Side Plank Dips
Curtsy Lunge w/Bicep Curls into Squat w/Shoulder Press into Curtsy Lunge with Deltoid Raises
Split Squat Row into Split Squat Taps
