Description
Experience Level: Expert
I'm looking for a qualified Town Planner to prepare a Planning and Heritage Statement on behalf of a growing Planning Consultancy.
The application site is a Grade II listed, single family dwellinghouse. The project involves the conversion of a garage into a habitable room with various external changes.
I have a standard template for reports that I can provide which would include a description of the proposal, the site, site history, description of significance, summary of relevant development plan policies, discussion of the merits of the works and a conclusion.
We are a growing consultancy and are keen to explore working with freelancers on a more regular basis as we expand our business so potential for plenty more work!
