Hi
I need a paper written for Digital marketing paper.
Please see below the outline:
In the day-to-day practice of digital marketing professionals you will come across many claims, tips and guidelines for effective social media engagement that are not sustained by research or theory. As an academically trained person, you are asked to reflect upon such professional claims with a critical mindset. Critical reflection occurs when you challenge the validity of such claims based on analysis and substantiated reasoning.
For this critical reflection paper, you will select one claim that will be critically evaluated based on a literature review. You will select this claim from a professional source such as a white paper, research report or blogs. You will receive feedback on the suitability of this claim during class.
The paper consists of four components:
Introduction of the claim
In this part of the paper, you introduce the selected claim. In doing so you will describe the rationale underlying this claim, from the perspective of the professional field. Why do brands bring this claim into practice?;
Expected validity of the claim
In this part of the paper, you briefly state what your standpoint is on the claim and you will describe whether you think the claim is true or untrue, based on common sense and logical argumentation. In addition, you will provide three real-world examples to exemplify practitioners’ use of this claim;
Proven validity of the claim
In this part of the paper, you will critically reflect on the claim based on theories and empirical insights. To substantiate your arguments, you should find and use relevant literature from outside this course. That is, you should discuss support for the claim in light of other research from the field (theory and empirical findings). What else has been written about this topic? Does this literature report findings in line with your claim? Why (not)? Or, under what circumstances is the claim true or not true according to academic research? You can use the course literature for your reflection, but you should also use at least five academic articles that are not on the mandatory literature list of this course when you write your critical reflection paper. Empirical and theoretical articles should not be summarised, but used in an integrative way;
Conclusion
The paper should end with a balanced conclusion on whether the claim is true or untrue, and a recommendation for practitioners on whether to adhere to this claim or not.
The length of the paper may not exceed 2300 words (excluding references, tables and examples).
