Use clients template. Headings/subheadings provided. Address dot points in. Use lists, steps, strategies. Use examples based on a storyline if required by client. Use micro-case-studies if required by client (50 words).
Most topics: 25 and 30 pages of typed content
All clients want content GENERIC. Be broad, indirect, use examples from other industries
Under the headings I paste "lists" embedded in the unit of competency. These are definitions. Use these to keep content short. i.e. paragraph, the list with examples, another paragraph, an example.
I do not pay for research. There should be no research. Keep it generic.
Keep language informal but directive. i.e. You will, you must, try this, do this, ask these questions, best practice requires you to... Use lists, bullet points, steps and tables.
My VA will do Gaphics, flow charts for you - use comment with description
Process: Validated by me i.e read, my ideas added, comments added, unnecessary or irrelevant stuff deleted. You edit for missing content. Editor for proofreading/grammar/spelling. Then to the client. If you hand everything in on time, then there is NO edits from the client. :)
Subjects on my plate (please state which ones you want to write in your application) are:

=Manage budgets and financial plans and undertake Project Work
=Manage workforce planning and manage recruitment and induction processes
=Manage Project Scope and manage project time
= Manage project quality, Manage project costs and Manage project risk
=Manage project human resources, Manage project information and communication and Manage Project Integration
=Provide advanced facilitation practice (Vocational Education field)
=Design and Develop Learning Strategies (Vocational Education field)
=Design and develop learning resources (Vocational Education field)
=Undertake organisational training needs analysis (Vocational Education field)
=Lead assessment validation processes (Vocational Education field)
Education units: detailed skeleton can be provided. $7.50 per page to a maximum $225. (Sample attached: Content Sample.pdf remember yours won't have all the images and white space etc.)
Financial unit: work through from very basic. This means that before you can cover budget forecasting, for instance, you need to teach students what a budget is, how to create a budget, common labels in a budget, where to get the information, how to use a budget, etc. These can be 30 - 50 pages if needed. $7.50 per page to a max $350.
For the remaining business, project, marketing units these have a specific format. They are a maximum 25 typed pages. A sample is attached. $7.50 per page to a maximum $190.
