Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are currently in need of 40 Situational Judgment Tests (SJTs) that would be constructed according to the below description and fit a general administrative role for a nonspecific line of business (like law, business or other compentencies). We would like to test the following general criteria:
1. Analysis and problem solving
2. Delivering quality and results
3. Prioritizing and organizing
4. Resilience
5. Working with others and leadership
Here is a sample question that might give you a better idea:
-------------------
Please consider the situation, and then select what you feel is the most effective AND the
least effective response or action from the four statements.
You have recently been appointed to a position in a new project team. Although you are experienced
in the technical aspects of the job, there are aspects of the work that you need to understand. Your
job will eventually require internal liaison and collaboration with other project teams. Although your
manager has proposed an induction and training period for you, many of the issues you are
responsible for require urgent attention.
Immediately arrange meetings with those individuals you feel you will need to
work with.
Quickly try to establish how your objectives will relate to your project manager's
objectives
In the initial stages, make sure that you are doing your job as you understood it
from the job description.
Spend time building your understanding of the team's objectives for the future
----------------
As you can see, the scenario is quite limited and the task is to identify the most AND least effective approach.
If you find this inquiry interesting please don’t hesitate to contact us and tell us more about your potential SJT creation and evaluation skills.
