Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a good ghost writer on the topic of foreclosures and mortgage refinancing. I would need research on State statures as well as RESPA, TILA, and other violations that would apply in foreclosure defense litigation. We are going to be writing a consumer's guide for evaluating their own mortgage loan documents, for evaluating the lawyers that are defending them, and for evaluating the mortgage refinance companies and their procedures. The deadline for this project is 1 month from start, so it is VERY intensive, fast paced project. I anticipate the eBook will be at least 100 pages with addendums for each state in the US, and with related topics like effect on consumer credit, current proposed law changes, creative options for a new home purchase with bad credit, strategic defaults, and other information. If you have underwriting experience, mortgage loan familiarity, it is a huge plus! Otherwise, we can educate you if you're a fast learner.
