JOB: 28 HEALTHY GREEN RECIPES & Photographs
I want to commission a weeks worth of VERY SIMPLE recipes or meals that all have a GREEN THEME for assembly in future online formats. The GREEN THEME means that when you look at the plate you would be about to eat the meal off, at least 50% of the meal would be from green based vegetables. The meal does not have to be cooked necessarily, it could be assembled, but should suit a British diet and ingredients available in British supermarkets.
I will pay a flat rate for the 28 recipes/meal ideas, and if you can take a decent photograph of the meal, I will pay a per photo cost. Photo does not have to be professional – well lit on an iphone is fine so long as it looks appetizing and can be used particularly on the internet. I want to own the rights to the recipes and any photographs
I want:
7 breakfast recipes/ideas
7 lunch recipes/ideas
7 dinner recipes/ideas
7 snack ideas
Recipes should be:
Original
Green – 50% of this meal is from green vegetables/foods
A mix of meat & veg only meals at lunch and dinner
Very low in carbohydrates, and NEVER use bread
Simple – the fewer ingredients and less pots and pans used the better
Tasty – they should combine yummy ingredients, seasoning and be good for you
Sized – say how much each recipe should serve – 1/2/3/4/6 people etc
Examples:
Breakfast Courgette Bake:
Ingredients
5 eggs
2 large courgettes
200g spinach
½ red onion
Dash of milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmesan to top
Method:
Dice the onion and courgettes, sauté in a pan until the onion is soft and set aside. Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl and then add all ingredients and mix together. Pour into a greased baking dish, grate a small amount of parmesan cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 deg for approximately 30 minutes or until nicely browned on top
Voila – a green breakfast bake perfect for eating at home or on the run
Simple Steak Dinner
Ingredients
200g steak
100g tender stem broccoli
100g sugar snap peas
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Cook the steak to your liking, meanwhile lightly steam the broccoli and peas until still crisp. Add salt & pepper to taste. One serve
Spinach & Egg Snack:
Boil an egg and peel, place in a container with one cherry tomato and 20g of raw spinach to eat on the run. One serve.
