Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a a very basic draft for a blog post (around 700 word needed). I have done all the research and can provide results of the analysis, thought the draft already includes a summary of the results. I need a writer to edit the draft and make it more appealing and polished.
The article is meant to discuss the demographic in 2 particular areas of Toronto (clusters of neighbourhoods) and how the demographic relate to the restaurant industry. Toronto has a very diverse restaurant scene but there are areas of Toronto that have an high concentration of successful restaurant and I am trying to understand and discuss why these two strip (Ossington Avenue and Queen Street West/Parkdale) are particular successful with Chef owner type restaurants).
To give you an idea some of the most interesting restaurants open in south parkdale along queen street ( a busy street with a streetcar). These are Porzia, Chanteclair, Carmen, Ursa, Grand Electric, Parts and Labour, Maialino, Local Kitchen and Wine bar, Electric Mud, The Drake Hotel (just outside South Parkdale) and just opened Dandylion.
Also another prolific strip is Ossington Avenue between Queen Street see list here
http://www.blogto.com/restaurants/n/81/ossington.
There is also a strip on Queen East/Riverdale that has a good array of restaurants. Entice Ascari, Table 17, Skin and Bones, Good and Provisions, Gio Rana, County General, Rock Lobster, Leslie Jones, Edward Levesque's Kitchen, Queen Margherita Pizza, Ruby Watchco.
Please let me know if this something that might interest you. I am looking for a 1 or two hours work.
