LEAP Enterprise LTD is a youth development specialist company, limited by guarantee and was established in October 2017. Please see following link:
http://www.leapenterprise.com/about-us-2-2/
LEAP Enterprise will partner with 4CT Limited a local charitable organisation and Manchester City Council's Sport Development Department, Father Against Violence a registered charity and Families Against Violence CIO for the project.
4CT can provide leisure facilities and project volunteers whilst Manchester City Council can provide facilities such as parks access, park wardens, publicity, signpost volunteers and possible project staff, plus most importantly access to monitoring and evaluation tools to record project outcomes and case studies. Fathers Against Violence and Families Against Violence will assist with the recruitment of participants for the project.

There is great need for the provision in the area ever since the disbandment of Manchester Youth Service and Positive Activities for Young People (PAYP) in 2010 due to government withdrawing central funding.
Currently there is a gap in this kind of provision as many youth and charitable organisations have ceased to exist due to the lack of funding provided to the North West for youth provision.
I am happy for you to take your time as this is the festive season and get back to me within a fortnight.
If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to get in touch, I will be available throughout the Christmas period.
Thank you
Regards
Eddie
